1. Who we are

This website, tlt.asia, is operated by The Little Troop Venture (202587875733 / 1877273-V), trading as "TLT" ("we", "us", "our"). 2. Personal data we collect

• Information you give us through our contact or booking forms: name, company name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, type of business, and the message you write;
• The content of your communications with us by WhatsApp or email;
• Technical information: advertising attribution parameters (such as UTM parameters) and information your browser sends automatically when loading pages, fonts and other resources (such as IP address, device and browser type).

Providing your data is voluntary, but without your name and contact details we cannot reply to you.

3. How we use your personal data

We use it only to: respond to your enquiry; arrange a free diagnosis session; provide quotations and the services you request; improve our services and website; and comply with legal requirements. We do not sell your personal data, and we will not send you marketing unrelated to your enquiry without your consent.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above or to meet legal requirements, after which we delete or anonymise it.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration or loss. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Under the PDPA you may request access to and correction of your personal data, withdraw your consent, and exercise other rights provided by law. Please email hello@tlt.asia. To protect your data we may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within the period required by law.

This website may use basic analytics and advertising attribution (such as UTM parameters). If we add cookies or pixel-tracking tools in future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate choices.

This website contains links to third parties (such as WhatsApp). They have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
